Citizen Botany Survey for Clustered Lady Slipper

Citizen Botany Revisit Survey for Clustered Lady Slipper – St. Regis
Sunday May 17 – 9 am to 2 pm
Are you curious about becoming a Citizen Botanist? Or already participating and want to join a group effort? Join Botanists Erynn McNeill and Ecologist & Clark Fork Chapter President Teagan Hayes on a rare plant site revisit to a Clustered Lady Slipper (Cypripedium fasciculatum) population near St. Regis. Erynn and Teagan will guide you through a Citizen Botany survey to collect population data from a site that hasn’t been surveyed in over 30 years! Please bring snacks and water, and be prepared for inclement weather and bushwhacking on various terrain. Meet in St. Regis, or carpooling from Missoula may be an option. Please contact erynnmcneill@gmail.com to RSVP and for more information.
