The Montana Native Plant Society Grant Program provides funding to projects that stimulate research, conservation, and educational activities that help foster an appreciation for Montana’s native plants and plant communities. These grants are intended to promote native plant conservation through better understanding of our native flora and the factors affecting their survival.

The Small Grants Program was established in 1996 and ran through 2023. MNPS spent 2024 preparing to launch the newly expanded Grants & Giving Program, and resumed awarding grants in 2025. You can browse a complete list of all the projects funded over the past 30+ years below:
