SUMMARY:Columbia Mtn evening wildflowers - Columbia Falls
DESCRIPTION:Monday\, May 25\, 6 pm to 8:30 pm\nColumbia Falls – Columbia Mountain Trail\nJoin Ellen Horowitz for a 2½-hour evening wildflower walk. We’ll travel through a variety of habitat types\,  from moist forests to dry\, open slopes. Expect an easy pace with lots of stops to view big\, bold blossoms like balsamroot\, and less conspicuous beauties that include orchids and mitreworts. \nThe trail is moderately difficult\, about one mile round-trip with 300 feet elevation gain. This walk is limited to 12 participants with registration required & walking sticks recommended. \nPlease contact Ellen at horowitz@centurytel.net to register.
